Policies
Orders
- Minimum order is $25.00 before sales tax and shipping charges. Credit cards are charged when an order is ready for shipping.
- Orders placed through this website may be paid by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Mail orders may also be paid by check or money order in U.S. dollars, and drawn from a U.S. financial institution or U.S. Postal Service. No COD’s accepted. No open accounts.
- Customers may also request Paypal.
- Sales tax is collected on orders from all New York State residents, unless we have a resale certificate (NYS form ST-120) on file. Tax is collected at 8 percent on products and shipping. Out of state retail customers are responsible for remitting sales tax to the appropriate jurisdiction.
- Customers who do not have internet access may place telephone orders on weekdays from 9:00 to 5:00 Eastern U.S. time.
- Although we try to keep products on hand, occasionally we will be out of stock. We do not back order items since our minimum order is so low.
- To protect customers’ financial information, we do not store credit card numbers in our web site. Online order information is encrypted and sent via SSL secure transmission.
- Prices are not final until your order is accepted by Classic Doll Modes LLC. If a material pricing error is found, we will contact you with the correct price. You may then either confirm your order at the new price, or cancel your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Periodically we will be on vacation or attending an out-of-town convention. You may continue to place internet or mail orders, but shipping may be delayed.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, First Class or Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation. If insurance is requested by the customer, actual cost will be added to the following charges.
Shipping and Handling Charges
$25.00 to $50.00……add $8.00
$50.01 to $75.00……add $10.00
$75.01 to $100.00…. .add $12.00
$100.01 or more……FREE shipping for Retail orders; Wholesale customers add $15.00
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Global Priority or Express mail, if customer prefers. Shipping charges will be added to customer’s invoice. Insured Global Priority mail to most countries ranges from $35 to $50. We will try to accommodate a customer’s request for a particular shipping method.
Wholesale Accounts and Discounts
Customers who resell our brushes may request a wholesale account application by sending an email to info@classicdollmodes.com. Wholesale discounts do not appear in the shopping cart and will be applied on the final invoice.
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All sales are final unless we make a shipping error, or product is damaged or defective. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used. Contact info@classicdollmodes.com within 30 days to report a problem. Refunds for purchases paid by credit card will be credited to the same credit card.
Privacy
Information you give us is never sold or given to others. Occasionally we may send emails to announce new products or provide information of general interest. You will be given an opportunity to opt-out of future emails.
Governing Law
All transactions with Classic Doll Modes LLC, including use of this website, shall be governed by the laws of New York State. All parties consent to jurisdiction in Albany County, New York.
