Description
Mokuba 3mm 100% rayon braid that I call fancy soutache. This trim sews easily by hand to make the elaborate soutache designs on French fashion doll costumes. This braid is very similar to the soutache used on the red coat on the cover of Louise Hedrick's French fashion doll wardobe book. An economical and beautiful substitute for silk or French cotton soutache. I used this when I made Sheryl William's white pique dress (PAF 1505).
